Ingredients

large organic chicken breasts
4
pieces
bacon, nitrate free
If you can, use pasture raised organic bacon
1
cup
spinach per person
sunflower green to taste
bean sprouts to taste
1
oz
goat feta cheese
1
tbsp
avocado ranch dressing
Instructions
Clean and cut chicken breasts in half
Cook in Air Fryer for 15 minutes at 400-degrees
Remove chicken from airfryer, wrap in 1 slice if nitrate free bacon
Cook in Air Fryer for 15 min at 400-degrees or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees
Create greens from above ingredients
Add avocado ranch dressing to everything & enjoy!

Alternatively, you can cook in the oven.
