Mix almond flour, seasonings and parmesan cheese in one bowl
In another bowl mix egg and almond milk
Prepare baking sheet. I line mine with parchement paper and give it a light spray with cooking oil
Dip nuggest into egg/milk mix and then roll in almond mix
Place on pan
Cook for about 20 minutes; be sure to flip them over half way through cooking

These were such a treat! I highly suggest you use the chicken thighs as they give you the extra fat, making these taste amazing. My kids kept going back for seconds.We served them with a low sugar bbq sauce, mashed potatoes and asparagus.
