1lb.Chicken Sausage
1/2c. Basil / PestoMake your own or buy a pre-made one
2c. Mozzarella Cheesego organic
4TbspParmesan Cheese
Instructions
Cook the chicken sausage - remove it from it's casing, so you aren't eating "pork"
While cooking sausage assemble pizza.
Spread half of basil/pesto on each crust.
Top with half cheese on each pizza.
When the sausage is done add it to the pizza.
Cook for 8-10 minutes at 350-400, just depends on your oven and the crust you chose.

We love Pizza Friday Nghts...and this is one of our favorite pizzas. Its healthier than your traditional order out or take out. And the chicken sausage is so tasty, I buy mine at Trader Joe's.
