Instructions
Warm up "small" waffle maker - this recipe makes 4- 4inch waffles.
Mix ingredients (I blended the water and blueberries together)
Each waffle is 1/4 C. mix
Serve with organic grass fed butter, and if you like sweatness, sprinkle with a little monkfruit or stevia

When you are hungry for a waffle and following a very strict diet, these are divine!Even with the blueberries, this recipe is still #21daydetox approved.If you can't do buttermilk (which is in the mix) - use the Paleo mix, and not the Keto mix.Both blends are #sugarfree #grainfree
