1Tbsp Cacao Powder (not Cocoa)

2C.Chicken Stock (organic)If you want a thick chili, use less stock
1canBlack Beans
1canFire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
Instructions
In skillet add oil, onion and carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add ground chicken and all spices. Cook until chicken is just browned.
Add all ingredients from skillet and recipe into crock pot and let cook for at least an hour. The flavor gets better the longer you let it simmer.
Need a shortcut, cook it all on the stove, and use one bigger pot when you start.

The best comfort food is warm and good for your keeping your hormones in balance. The chili is grain free, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free! If you aren't doing a detox - this soup tastes divine with a little bit or organic cheese added to the top or greek yogurt or sour cream. Got picky eaters - crumble up some crackers or tortilla chips on top as well!
