Unsweetened Almond, Coconut or Cashew Milk

Chia Seeds
1/4
cup
Berries of Choice
Stevia to taste if needed
Instructions
Mix milk and chia seeds
Blend in fruit or add to top of pudding once set
Notes
This is a great breakfast option with 8 grams of fiber and 4 grams of Omega-3s. Also works well as a dessert treat!
