Add chicken and cook until browned (about 10 minutes) then transfer to plate.
Add onion, garlic, pepper and cook 3-5 minutes, then add back in the chicken.
Whisk together coconut aminos, rice vinegar and sesame oil and pour over chicken/veggies.
Serve in the lettuce cups.

Easy dinner that is paleo, gluten free, whole 30 and detox approved. I will be using this sauce more often to replace my Hoisin sauce (which is generally full of sugar).
