2C.Rao's Marinara SauceFor Dipping
Instructions
Cut up chicken, or if not using store bought rotiserrie, make ground chicken or chicken breast/thigh
Add 1 tsp pesto sauce to one side of tortilla and place in pan.
Add chicken and mozarella, amount listed in recipe should make a full 10 tortillas.
Once melted, fold in half.
Serve with a green veggie and dinner is done.

Simple, easy and a favorite. When I am in less of a mood to cook I choose this recipe and buy a rotisserie chicken to make is even easier and with lots of added flavor.DETOX NOTES: Yes, you can do this recipe on the detox, if you have not removed dairy and you use a grain free (no wheat, no corn) tortilla (Coconut Wrap).
