3TbspPeanut ButterUse the no sugar added kind
Instructions
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees, and spray 8x8 pan with baking spray
Mix softened butter, sugar, egg and almond milk
Add in almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
Spread into 8x8 pan, batter will be thick
Soften peanut butter if needed and then swirl it into the batter and cook.

Going grain, sugar and dairy free...then this recipe is for you. It checks off all those sweet boxes! We keep ours in the freezer and just pull out a piece when we need that special treat.YES - you can swap the almond flour for coconut flour, and the almond milk for coconut milk. You can even swap out the 2Tbsp of butter for Coconut Oil. These brownies are also really good without the peanut butter on top of them.
