Ingredients

Potatoes
choose your favorite, skinned and peeled

cloves
Garlic*

Organic Chicken Stock
Instructions
Peel and chop potatoes - boil them in water until tender.
While potatoes are cooking, place garlic in tin foil and pour over olive oil. Cook these in over or toaster for 40 minutes.
Mash potatoes and add all above ingredients. If you chose not use the garlic, still add the olive oil when mashing the potatoes
Add salt and pepper to taste or a healthy (gluten and dairy free) gravy.
