Blend all wet ingredients (I prefer to use a mixer for this recipe)Add in the dry ingredients

Cook - these take a little longer than normal pancakes

Got fruit in your diet? Great - add the optional berries in.And these taste great without any additional syrup but for a real treat add either sugar free syrup, real maple syrup or honey.
