A yummy sweet treat without the sugar!

monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp
baking soda

butter

Kirkland Organic Peanut Butter
or any PB with No sugar added
2 1/2
cups
almond flour

vanilla extract

salt
Instructions
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degress
Mix butter, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla in mixer
Add baking soda and salt
Slowly add almond flour
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop rounded TBSP size balls onto it, use fork to make cross/hash marks if you prefer
Recipe should make 24 cookies
Bake 12-14 minutes
