Equipment

  • Instant pot

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb. Grass-Fed Beef Roast We love our Butcher Box
  • 1 Onion Chopped up
  • 3-4 Large Carrots Chopped up
  • 4-6 Dutch Potatoes any potato will work
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 pkt. Organic chicken or beef gravy Our favorite is the Organic Chicken Gravy from Thrive Market
  • 8 oz. Water
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

  • These directions are for the Crock pot, but this will work in the Instant Pot too. Follow your equipment instructions for a roast.
  • Add carrots, onion, potatoes and garlic to bottom of the crock pot.
  • Add roast
  • On top of roast sprinkle the gravy mix
  • Then add water and avocado oil.
  • Cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours
