2-3 lb. Grass-Fed Beef Roast We love our Butcher Box
1 Onion Chopped up
3-4 Large Carrots Chopped up
4-6 Dutch Potatoes any potato will work
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1 pkt. Organic chicken or beef gravy Our favorite is the Organic Chicken Gravy from Thrive Market
8 oz. Water
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

These directions are for the Crock pot, but this will work in the Instant Pot too. Follow your equipment instructions for a roast.
Add carrots, onion, potatoes and garlic to bottom of the crock pot.
Add roast
On top of roast sprinkle the gravy mix
Then add water and avocado oil.
Cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours
