Instructions
Make crust ahead of time
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix all ingredients and pour into the pie crust
Bake for 40-50 minutes, the pie should still jiggle a bit when you take it out of the oven
Cool before serving, store in refrigerator.
Notes
All the flavor of the season without all the sugar! Serve with real whipped cream that isn't loaded with additional sugar.
