In large bowl add spinach, pepper, eggs and onion.
Mix dressing: oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, monk fruit and salt/pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with bacon if having it.
Notes
*if you are doing the 21 Day Detox or the Hormone Solution Detox, omit the Bacon.If you think you won't eat the entire salad...only dress the part you are going to eat. This salad saves well over night for a next day meal.
