Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degress adn line muffin tin
Mix oil, sweetener, vanilla, almond milk and eggs
Add in baking powder and almond flour
Fold in strawberries and walnuts (texture is best if you only stir these in and don't over beat).
Scoop into muffin tins. Mine usually makes about 15 if using a cooking cupcake serving spoon.
Bake 21-23 minutes. They will seem a little undercooked when removing, that's ok, it will keep them from drying out.
Store any leftovers in the fridge.
