Ingredients

Ground chicken, turkey or beef

tsp
minced garlic
2 cloves chopped

Tbsp
Chili Powder
1
tsp
Cinnamon

ounces
Canned Black Beans
with liquid
15
ounces
Canned Fire Roasted Tomatoes
with liquid
1
cup
frozen corn kernels
Omit if doing our detox

Fresh Cilantro minced
Instructions
In a large pot, brown the chicken, turkey or beef
While cooking add in the garlic, chili powder and cinnamon
When the meat is almost all cooked, add in the beans, corn and tomatoes
For best taste, let simmer on low for 10 minutes
