Add avocado oil to skillet with garlic, green chiles and chopped pepper. After 5 minutes add Turkey
When turkey is browned, add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water.
While turkey mix is cooking, warm up refried beans and cook cauliflower rice.
Once all is cooked, assemble - rice, beans, turkey/pepper mix. Add any toppings that you like. Suggestions - lettuce, salsa, organic cheese, sour cream.
