We’ve navigated the significant hormonal transformations that happen through out our lives (puberty, pregnancy, post-partum, perimenopause, menopause and beyond).

These phases can often feel like a roller coaster of hormonal fluctuations, leading to mood swings, drained energy levels, unwanted weight gain, a sluggish metabolism, elevated blood sugar, decreased libido, and memory lapses. While we won't list all the challenges here, you can certainly imagine the extent of it, especially if you are living with it.
