Vitamins

A vitamin/mineral supplement is like medical insurance. The right vitamin ensures that you are getting all the nutrients you need to lose weight (get lean) and keep the weight off – these are our favorite products when it comes to vitamins. Pick one of these below

  • The Core Stack – vitamins and fish oil from USANA! This is key for balancing your metabolism hormones, growing lean muscle and getting all the vitamins and minerals we miss in our food!
  • The Men’s or Women’s from Titan Nutrition (add in the vitamin, glutamine and fish oil for the perfect stack) – use code StrengthandGrace to save 20% and get free shipping.
  • For our mom’s to be and those who just had a baby and are looking to lose the weight and keep it off. This is your own version of the Core Stack.

Protein Powders

Many think that protein bulks you up, but that is false. Protein feeds your lean muscle which helps optimize your hormones and it helps you burn fat and keep it off. Yes, you heard that right, protein will help you lose weight and get lean. These are our favorite recommendations…all from Titan Nutrition

Use Code: StrengthAndGrace to save 20% off and get free shipping

  • Whey Isolate – Titan Isolate (Only Whey Isolate)
  • Collagen (No added flavor – add to any of the above)

Looking for a completely pure collagen proteinThrive Market has the best (and we’re giving you a free $60 gift using our link, along with 40% off your first order) – choose the Collagen peptides that are not flavored. As a reminder, collagen does not count towards your total number of protein grams!

Pantry Favorites (For cooking and cleaning)

For all your pantry/cleaning wellness essentials we recommend ThriveMarket, and here are my top items to buy from them [here]. Shop over 100’s of products to help you stay clear of added toxins that cause inflammation and weight gain (in all the wrong places). Additional options include: Mom’s Organic, Trader Joe’s and Sprouts.

But, don’t count out Costco, cause it is absolutely on our fave list…and you can get our top choices from Costco [here].

Meat

Clean meat, free of hormones = a leaner you! Check out ButcherBox for organic, pasture raised protein. Curious how to cook all this amazing meat – check out our recipes.

All Natural Skincare

Natural skin care is key, because our skin is the largest organ in our body. What we put on it has a direct impact on the health of our hormones (to learn more, read our Toxin blog). All of our recommendations below are clean and from sustainable companies. And yes, Corry and Stacia have their own recommendations. Pick the one that works for you, or ask us for our personal wellness essential recommendations (email us at info@strengthandgracefitness.com).

Stacia

  • Stacia’s Skincare Set, and “facelift” in a vitamin bottle.
  • Her Vegan Makeup Line she loves.
  • Check out Stacia’s patented wellness technology LifeWave that elevates the flow of your body’s innate energy, fostering overall wellness and an active lifestyle.

Corry

I can’t have two of the BEST all natural ingredients in skincare – grapeseed (the whole grape/vine/seed) and coconut oil. So, I have had to find additional alternatives and these are them.

  • DermaE line – I use their night time lotion, face serum and vitamin C cleanser (since they don’t use coconut oil or grapeseed).
  • Thrive Causemetics – I seriously love all their make-up products and feel so good about the company.

We update this section often, so keep checking back for more Strength & Grace favorite’s.
