- 1 can Chickpeas remove light shell covering
- 1 Juice of the Lemon
- 1 C. Tahinin
- 3 Tbsp Oil Olive or Avocado
- 1-3 Cloves Garlic Add this to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender, blend and serve.

- With fresh veggies
- On hard boiled eggs in place of the egg yolk
- On grain-free chips / crackers – these will usually be made of cauliflower, coconut or casava.
