Corry's Nutty Vegan Shake

This is the perfect hormone reset shake for those that love nuts!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Nuzest Vanilla or Chocolate Vegan Shake Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Nutzo (chia seeds, flax, almonds...etc)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup chopped spinach you can add as much of this as you like

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender with 4-5 pieces of ice.
  • Blend and drink

Notes

So simple and easy.  Just add everything together, blend and go.  I use my Ninja cup so its already in the cup I plan to use.  I love this shake for breakfast, post workout - really any time.
 
Its sugar free, artificial sweetener free, dairy free, soy free!  And for me it kills that sugar craving!  Its got good fats, good protein and fiber.  YUMMY!
