In episode 3, we recap the events of the Max Muscle Virginia NPC show. Corry and Stacia are a bit beat down, but they wanted to record and provide a little insight into what it's like before, during, and after the event.

14:14 - Friday: Check-in day - the venue is not magically transformed. There is serious work involved.
15:35 - Example activities: Check-in, buy NPC cards, weigh-ins, suit checks, registration, and more
15:55 - Backstage events: tanning, mic checks, video presentations, sponsor tables, banners, and more
17:44 - Who has the walkie talkies? Where are the EMT's?
18:40 - Stacia and Corry host a dinner for the officials as a big thank you
19:24 - SHOW DAY! (and, man, it starts early!)
19:57 - Competitor meeting is an hour before the show starts
20:10 - Show make-up is not normal make-up
20:40 - The day starts with staff, volunteers, sponsors, crew, security, etc.
21:12 - Corry's many many responsibilities up front while the show prep begins
