Vegan Breakfast Quiche

Plant based breakfast quiche

  • 1 container Just Egg
  • 1 Tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • sun-dried tomatoes to taste
  • vegan ricotta cheese to taste
  • 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350-degrees

  2. Blend all ingredients in pie plate

  3. Cook for 30 minutes. Quiche will puff up above the pie plate while cooking and then reduce while cooling
