1lb.Beef or Chicken Cut into strips, use organic if possible

12Low carb tortillas
1pktFajita seasoningI love Thrive Market or Sprouts
1TbspAvocado Oil
1/2c. Cheese
Instructions
Warm up skillet to medium with avocado oil
Add meat and brown, then add fajita seasoning (may need water)
Add in veggies and continue cooking until done
Warm Up tortillas in foil
Serve with toppings. Add addtiional chopped up veggies.
Notes
Keep this meal low carb by skipping the rice and using low carb tortillas. If you can have a little more fat in your macros top with organic sour cream, cheese and salsa. Add a green salad or more veggies to make this a complete meal.
