1 13x9 or bigger pan
1 rack
Spices / greens
Chop up frest herbs to top after cooking
Ingredients

Skin on / bone in chicken thighs
Use organice pasture raised
3-4
Tbsp
BBQ Sauce
Use super low sugar, or one without sugar

Avocado Oil
Instructions
Marinate chicken in BBQ sauce and olive oil. Ideal is 3-4 hours, but do it for at least 30 min.
Place rack on baking sheet. Bake chicken at 400 degress for 1 hour. Want to make clean up easier, line pan first with aluminum foil.
