Yummy Szechuan inspired rice bowl

Ingredients

Ground Turkey or Chicken

Soy Sauce
use low sodium / gluten free if needed

Tbsp
Rice Vinegar
be sure it is un-sweetened

tsp
Coconut sugar
1/2
tsp
Crushed Red Pepper
3-4
cloves
Garlic
minced

Olive Oil

Rice
Use Jasmine or Cauliflower for lower carbs
Instructions
Heat oil in large non-stick skillet
When hot add beans and cook 5-8 minutes, then transfer to bowl/plate
Add to skillet meat and cook for 5 minutes
Then add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes
Add the green beans back to the pan
Add sauce and stir until heated through
Serve with jasmine or cauliflower rice
