coconut cream

fresh spinach
sun-dried tomatoes to taste
vegan ricotta cheese to taste

Himalayan sea salt

black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
Pre-Heat oven to 350-degrees
Blend all ingredients in pie plate
Cook for 30 minutes. Quiche will puff up above the pie plate while cooking and then reduce while cooling
