Taco Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground chicken, turkey or beef
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 2 cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 15 ounces Canned Black Beans with liquid
  • 15 ounces Canned Fire Roasted Tomatoes with liquid
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels Omit if doing our detox
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro minced

Instructions

  • In a large pot, brown the chicken, turkey or beef
  • While cooking add in the garlic, chili powder and cinnamon
  • When the meat is almost all cooked, add in the beans, corn and tomatoes
  • For best taste, let simmer on low for 10 minutes

Notes

Detox notes: if you are doing our detox, be sure to remove the corn from this recipe.
