Almond Brownies

gluten free, grain free, low sugar

Almond Brownies

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 c Monk Fruit
  • 1 Organic Egg
  • 1/4 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c Almond Flour
  • 1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 dash Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 c chocolate chips (Use Libby's brand, or any other sweetened with only Stevia; otherwise it isn't Detox Approved)
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cream butter and sugar. Then add in egg, almond milk and vanilla.

  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.

  4. Spray 8x8 pan with olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray

  5. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes.

When you are craving something sweet, this treat hits the spot. This is detox approved, but be sure to cut the pan into 16 squares.  You are only allowed one.
