Blueberry Waffles
- 3/4 C. Birch Benders Pancake & Waffle Mix (Keto or Paleo * see notes)
- 1/2 C. Water
- 1/3 C. Crushed blueberries (And a few extra for the top.)
Warm up "small" waffle maker - this recipe makes 4- 4inch waffles.
Mix ingredients (I blended the water and blueberries together)
Each waffle is 1/4 C. mix
Serve with organic grass fed butter, and if you like sweatness, sprinkle with a little monkfruit or stevia
When you are hungry for a waffle and following a very strict diet, these are divine!
Even with the blueberries, this recipe is still #21daydetox approved.
If you can't do buttermilk (which is in the mix) - use the Paleo mix, and not the Keto mix.
Both blends are #sugarfree #grainfree
