We get asked all the time what our grocery list looks like each week. And you know what - you will get two different answers from the both of us...so we created these together, just for you!
The first list is our Bulk grocery list. These are our staple items that we always ensure we have tucked away in our cabinets. This way we know that we have all the necessary ingredients to whip up one of our recipes or try out a new dish. And, we do like to shop at Costco. Check out this blog post on all our favorite Costco Finds (you can find these in any bulk store, we just prefer Costco).
This second list is where we put all the ingredients that need to be bought weekly, or we prefer to have them fresher. This list will change from week. Prepping for the whole week, then we recommend 4 different veggies and at least 4 protein sources for lunches/dinners besides your eggs and protein powders (if you eat them).
