This is a really simple snack that can go anywhere.

Couple things to be aware of:

  • Watch added sugar in your dried fruit
  • Watch the type of oil your nuts are roasted in; try to avoid the industrial seed oils
  • Raw nuts are better than roasted and salted nut.

Detox notes - skip this snack and pick another one, since this one tends to be higher sugar than the alloted 15 grams per day.
