Easy Cilantro Rice

EASY Cilantro Rice

Short, simple and tasty rice!

  • 1 pkg Microwaveable Cauliflower Rice (Like Costco or Trader Joe's)
  • 1 pkg Microwaveable Jasmine Rice (Like Trader Joe's or Sprouts Brand)
  • 1 c Chopped Cilantro
  • 1-2 Tbsp Lime Juice (1 large or 2 small limes)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Chicken Stock
  • Sea Salt to Taste
  1. Chop cilantro and mix it with lime juice ad chicken stock.

  2. Once rice is cooked combine and all ingredients and stir together.

  3. Add sea salt as needed.

Our family loves this healthier, lower carb version of a popular side dish.  This one makes for a super simple easy dinner.  Pair it with any protein choice and veggie and you've got dinner served.  Best thing about this rice, it also doubles as one vegetable serving.

DETOX TIPS: Only use the Cauliflower rice and don't mix with the Jasmine Rice
