Easy Quiche
Simple and easy quiche with gluten/dairy/grain free crust
- 1 Detox Approved Pie Crust (https://strengthandgracefitness.com/detox-approved-pie-crust/)
- 6 lg. Eggs
- 4-6 oz. Chicken Sausage (or grass fed bacon or pork sausage)
- 1/2 C. Organic Cheese
- 1 C. Chopped Veggies of Choice
Bake pie crust (see Detox Approved Pie Crust)
Mix all other ingredients together and pour into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
This is a super easy way to get a tasty breakfast dish without all the industrial seed oils, lard, and grains. If you want to keep this 100% detox approved skip the cheese or use a vegan approved cheese without dairy, and stick with pastured chicken sausage or use only the eggs. Enjoy!
*For the picture I added 1/4 c. chopped onion, and 3 small red/orange peppers to the eggs and sausage.
