I decided to make this on a whim to see what it would taste like, and boy was I surprised. This meat turned out super tender, and the best part...no grass fed beef taste - the seasoning was perfect.
Any other fajita seasoning will work, just be sure to read the ingredients - you want clean and simple ingredients. If its got a little sugar, that's ok, but it should be real CANE sugar. Avoid all the added corn / soy additives!
Fajita Steak Tips
Tender Fajita Steak that's easy to cook!
- 2 lbs. Grass Fed Beef Tips (Love our @Butcher-Box)
- 1 pkt. Fajita Seasoning (We use @ThriveMarket)
- 1 Tbsp Olive or Avocado Oil
- 1 Pkg. Cilantra Rice (Love Casa Mexicana Food Brand / For sides)
- 2-3 C. Green Beans (For sides)
In crock pot, add steak tips, cover with 1 tbsp oil and then sprinkle with fajita seasoning. I sprinkled, then stired and sprinkled again.
Let cook on low for 6 hours
20-30 minutes prior to serving make rice and green beans
