Free Workout Week

Here is your chance to try out some of the Strength & Grace Fitness moves. These are meant to be done at home with little to no equipment, but you can easily take this workout into the gym with you!

Who doesn't love working legs...we have a love / hate relationship with them. Its grueling in it, but we love the results.

Let's balance it out with an upper body circuit.
