Fuel Her is a refreshing book all about how to feed our teenage daughters, and it is written from a mom who wants the best for her kids and all her kids friends!  Corry knew that when writing this, it also had to appeal to our teens, or they would never buy in.  She does this brillantly.  You should for sure get yourself a copy!

Fuel Her book to me, is  quite perfect! It is short while filled with knowledge, easy to read and understand, and best part, includes meal plans and recipes.  That alone makes it gold!  Because as we fitness people know, the information is everywhere but most of us won't do things unless it is super easy.  Corry's done all the work.  All that is needed is the decision from those reading it to choose a healthy lifestyle.

I consider myself healthy as a vegetarian mom, and I can’t wait try all the recipes with my daughter.  This guide is a great jump-start for all teens.
