Fresh Fruit Sorbet? It’s not something I usually have a craving for as I don’t eat a lot of fruit, but when the local Farmer’s Market delivered fresh peaches I decided it was something I needed to make. The decisions was quickly approved by both the teenager and my mother. And, thus the reason we now have peach, strawberry and blueberry sorbet in the freezer.
If you can’t do coconut sugar, stevia or monkfruit as a sweetener can work as well. And this is 21 Day Detox approved until you reach the day where you remove all sugars.
If you want it to have a creamy consistency, I’d add a tablespoon of coconut or almond milk. And, sometimes, I’ll leave a few pieces of the fruit out to drop in after everything’s been blended together so that the chunks are frozen in.
