- 2 eggs Organic – pasture raised
- 1 cauliflower thin

- Cook eggs and toast cauliflower thin
- Spread guacamole on cauliflower thing and top with eggs

This is such a super simple way to create a delicious and healthy breakfast. And if you’re going #grainfree it just doesn’t seem right to give up #avocadotoast.
For mine – I like to add chopped up tomatoes and onion the guacamole packet. Feel free to use fresh avocados too (I am just a bit lazy when it comes to breakfast).
I love serving with greens or this simple cucumber and tomato salad – add red onion and drizzle with olive oil and your favorite vinegar.
To be 100% compliant with the detox – look for cauliflower thins not made with cheese, or use them prior to the “dairyfree” reset.
