Green Fries

Green Fries

  • Oven
  • 12-16 oz. Fresh Green Beans
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Pink Salt (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (*this is optional and not approved for the 21 Day Detox)
  1. Wash and trim green beans.

  2. Use large rimmed cookie sheet and spread out beans.

  3. Cover beans with oil and mix with hands, then sprinkle with seasonings.

  4. Bake at 400 degree for 25-30 minutes, watch so they don't burn...but they should shrivel up and brown.
