Sugar Free Homemade Italian Dressing

Finding a sugar free dressing is pricey and hard to do. So, make one instead.

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar (I prefer Bragg's)
  • 1 1/4 cup extra virgin organic olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp italian herbs
  • 1 tsp sugar free dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
  1. Mix all ingredients up and shake. Keep at room temperature.

  2. You can also use ground fresh herbs too, but dried is easier and usually more available.
