Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 – 1.5 c. Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk almond or coconut
  • 1 c. Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1.5 c. Frozen Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Nut Butter make sure nut butter is just nuts and salt, nothing else added
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder choose a vegan option or grass fed whey isolate

Instructions

  • Add milk to blender and then add all the ingredients
  • Blend and enjoy

Notes

This is a super easy way to get in the two cups of veggies we recommend at every meal to optimize your hormone balance.
You can also add in dark chocolate cacao, or swap the nut butter for avocado.
Please don’t use oat or rice milk, or add in fruit!  This isn’t in alignment with the goals of the 21 Day Detox or the Hormone Solution.
