Mexican Pizza
Easy quick fix meal.
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 pkt taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 c. mexican shredded cheese
- 4 low carb tortillas
Turn over on the 400 degrees
Brown meat and add taco seasoning.
Spray cookie sheet with spray, and place one tortilla down. Add 1/2 of refried beans and 1/2 of taco meat. Top with another tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat with other 2 tortillas.
Bake for 10-15 minutes and serve.
This is another great weeknight meal make. My family likes the pizza super plain but you can add chopped tomato, green onion and olives. Serve with a green veggie or salad.
