Detox Approved Fudge
Hormone Solution approved dessert!
- 10 x 13 glass pan
- Wax Paper
- Microwave
- 2 sticks Organic Salted Butter
- 2.5 c 60% of Higher Cacao Chocolate Chips (I used Trader Joes - Libby's also works if you want these to be keto)
- 3 Tbsp Monk Fruit (Be sure there is no added maltodextrin to your sugar)
- 2-3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cacao powder
Melt butter and chocolate chips. I use a large glass mixing bowl, heat for 30 seconds at a time...you don't want this to boil or over cook as you are melting it.
Add in monk fruit and cacao powder and stir.
Line 10x13 pan with wax paper.
Pour mixture in and set aside in the fridge. Want to enjoy it super quickly - put it in the freezer.
Cut up into bit size pieces and store in the freezer or fridge.
