Protein Chia Pudding

A sweet healthy treat

  • 1/2 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I love my Titan Nutrition Vanilla Isolate)
  • 1/4 C. Blueberries
  1. Mix all ingredients together. I use a wisk to ensure the protein powder is mixed in.

  2. Place in fridge covered.

  3. 30 minutes later stir, and then let sit for 4 hours, up to overnight.

  4. Add blueberries and serve.

I tend to either double or triple this recipe so I have multiple servings.  Stays fresh in the fridge for up to two days.

This snack/breakfast is detox approved...IF you use a vegan vanilla protein powder or collagen.
