Protein Chia Pudding
A sweet healthy treat
- 1/2 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I love my Titan Nutrition Vanilla Isolate)
- 1/4 C. Blueberries
Mix all ingredients together. I use a wisk to ensure the protein powder is mixed in.
Place in fridge covered.
30 minutes later stir, and then let sit for 4 hours, up to overnight.
Add blueberries and serve.
I tend to either double or triple this recipe so I have multiple servings. Stays fresh in the fridge for up to two days.
This snack/breakfast is detox approved...IF you use a vegan vanilla protein powder or collagen.
