Pumpkin Protein Shake

All the goodness of fall!

  • 1 scoop protein powder (choose vanilla flavored)
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 c pumpkin or sweet potato puree
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  1. Add all ingredients into blender with ice

  2. Blend and serve

All the goodness of pumpkin spice without the guilt! 

DETOX: Be sure you choose a non-whey based protein powder.  Recommend - collagen or pea isolate.
