Pumpkin Protein Shake
All the goodness of fall!
- 1 scoop protein powder (choose vanilla flavored)
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 c pumpkin or sweet potato puree
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add all ingredients into blender with ice
Blend and serve
All the goodness of pumpkin spice without the guilt!
DETOX: Be sure you choose a non-whey based protein powder. Recommend - collagen or pea isolate.
