Healthy Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Your favorite pumpkin spice latte is great for a once a year treat. However, if you are trying to watch your sugar, then you want to avoid it! Just one grande PSL is gonna set you back 50 grams of sugar!

So try our healthier version instead. Not only will it save you 50 grams of sugar, its also gonna save you about $4 too!

p.s. Did you know the PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) has no real pumpkin in it! If you'd like to add a yummy superfood, go ahead and put in 1 Tbsp of pure Pumpkin Puree to your coffee when you froth the milk.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Our healthier version on the traditional PSL

  • Coffee / Espresso Maker
  • Frother
  • 6-8 oz Coffee or Espresso
  • 1/2-3/4 C. Unsweetened Nut Milk (if you have a frother, use it)
  • Spash Vanilla Extract
  • To Taste Stevia
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  1. Brew Coffee

  2. Add stevia, vanilla and spice to milk

  3. Froth milk and pour on top of coffee/expresso
