Smoked Salmon Bites

Smoked Salmon Bites are simply amazing and so fast to put together. Filled with good fats and non dairy cream cheese they're even good about not stressing out your digestive track.

I used half the package of smoked salmon to make a lunch sized portion and half an avocado. You can easily scale up or down depending on the meal or event you're working with. I was looking to make something without grains for the 21 Day Detox and thankfully, even had the cashew cream cheese on hand.

The flavor of smoked salmon can take some getting used to, so make sure you try out a few different brands. I like the Wegmans brand we have here, but you may find something different.

As for the Sriracha Mayo, make sure you're reading the ingredients especially if you want to use this on your Detox program, look for a brand that doesn't have sugar or natural flavors on the label. Or, when in doubt, try making your own!

PS - No, I didn't share mine this time!

Smoked Salmon Bites

A quick, easy to make snack or lunch

  • 1 package smoked salmon
  • 1 half avocado
  • 1 tsp cashew cream cheese for each
  • Sriracha Mayo (sugar free)
  1. Separate out your smoked salmon pieces on the plate. I made 5 for my lunch meal.

  2. Slice avocado and layer in on top of salmon

  3. Using a small spoon, layer a light line of cream cheese on top of the avocado

  4. Roll all together as a small wrap

  5. Drizzle spicy siracha mayo over each

PSS - Be careful, these are gone in a minute! You can try making the serving sizes smaller if you're making them as appetizers or for an event. Don't be afraid to try the different brands!
