Healthy Tacos
- 1 lb. Organic Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 2 cans Organic Refried Beans
- 1 pkt Your Favorite Taco Seasoning (I love Old El Paso Low Sodium)
- 1/2 c. Organic shredded cheese
- 4 c. Lettuce
- 1 tomato chopped
- 16 black olives
- 4 Tbsp Italian Dressing
Brown the chicken/turkey and add taco seasoning, while cooking chop veggies
Place beans in the pot and begin warming up
Assemble the salad, then add beans, chicken and cheese to the plate
This is a super simple easy weeknight dinner for you and your family.
Grain fee :)
If you want to go dairy free, skip the cheese.
Need more for your family or spouse, just wrap the meat and beans in a tortilla or add rice.
